⚠️ Important: We are a private company providing a managed service for Import Export India related tasks. Once the company receives the client's explicit confirmation by email, the service officially begins and our system assigns experts to your work. We will only assign an expert after receiving your confirmation to proceed, which will be sent through a confirmation email.
Definition: Our “Managed Service” Model
A “Managed Service” is our company’s commitment to take full responsibility for your Import Export task Related process with below Mentioned conditions(Mentioned in T&C page) from start to finish. In this model, the client hires importexportindia.org (our company), not just an expert. Our service, as defined in our Scope of Service, is to:
Assign an Expert: We facilitate the hiring expert for your task.
Manage the Process: We actively monitor the expert’s work.
Ensure Completion: Our team manages the workflow to help ensure the service is completed in a timely manner.
⚠️ Confirmation Mail Definition:
A “confirmation email” refers to an email we send to you after we receive your payment, requesting your review and approval of the submitted details before we proceed with assigning an expert to carry out your requested task. This step ensures all provided information is accurate. You may clearly request a full refund at this stage, without any questions or deductions, provided you have not yet confirmed for us to proceed. Once you give your confirmation, we begin processing your task, and the refund policy applies.

Since we will not be meeting face to face, it is important to set out the terms of the agreement clearly in advance.
If you have any queries about Importexportindia.org, please do not hesitate to contact us. In this agreement, we have referred to the Importexportindia.org service as the "service of providing managed assistance for Import/Export related tasks, fulfilled by qualified specialists", to you as the "user". "Expert", "Specialist", "Consultant", and "Professional" refer to the knowledgeable third-party individuals assigned to your task. "Agreement" refers to these terms. Sometimes we refer to the Information Form as the Application Form.
If you wish to use our “Common Needs” feature, you affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into these terms.
Our Role as a Managed Service Provider
Importexportindia.org is a private company providing a managed service to assist clients with Import/Export related tasks by coordinating with independent Experts. Our role is to manage the process, assign qualified Experts, monitor their work, and facilitate communication to help ensure the service is completed efficiently, as defined in our Scope of Service.
We take responsibility for managing the service workflow but rely on independent Experts to perform the specific tasks (like documentation, filing, etc.). We do not provide direct legal or consultancy advice ourselves.
(a) No Expert-Client Relationship with Us
Importexportindia.org manages the service process. Communication with us initiates a service request with our company. While the Experts assigned are independent contractors, we coordinate and monitor their work to fulfill the service promise. We are not a law firm or government body.
(b) Assignment of Experts
We assign Experts based on the requirements detailed in your Information Form. We aim to match you with suitable professionals but do not promote specific individuals. Our website content is informational and not legal advice.
(c) Nature of Our Service
Importexportindia.org provides a managed service for Import/Export related tasks (like Import Export Code, AD Code registration assistance, etc.). We are not a government agency and do not provide direct advice. Our service is to manage the process of documentation and application filing, carried out by third-party Experts under our coordination.
(g) Service Time Frame
Importexportindia.org strives to assign specialists and establish communication within 24–48 hours after service commencement (post-confirmation). However, the overall process time can vary depending on Expert availability and complexity. If, after your confirmation, no significant work initiation or communication occurs within fifteen (15) days due to our fault, a full refund is available (see Refund Policy).
Scope of Service
The Company (Importexportindia.org) shall provide services strictly limited to the activities described below. These services shall not be construed to include any legal, governmental, or advisory functions beyond the scope expressly mentioned herein.
1. Facilitation and Assignment of Expert
Assigning a qualified, independent third-party expert specializing in Import/Export related matters (such as IEC, AD Code, etc.) based on the Client's requirements provided in the Information Form.
2. Communication Coordination
Coordinating communication between the Client and the assigned Expert to facilitate the exchange of necessary information, documents, and updates required for the service.
3. Monitoring of Work
Actively monitoring the progress of the work performed by the assigned expert to coordinate the process and help ensure the service is completed in a timely and professional manner.
4. Commencement of Service
The service shall be deemed to have commenced and be legally binding upon the Client once the Company receives the Client's explicit confirmation by email (or other documented digital format) to proceed with the service after payment. Once confirmation is received, the process of assigning and coordinating the expert will begin.
5. Refunds and Modifications
Upon commencement of the service, any request for cancellation, modification, or refund shall be subject to the Company’s applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy. The Client remains liable for obligations incurred.
6. Client’s Responsibility
The Company and the assigned expert shall not be held liable for any delay, error, non-compliance, or rejection arising due to the Client’s failure to provide required documents or information accurately and promptly, or failure to cooperate with necessary steps (like OTP verification).
User Obligations & Process
(M) Mandatory Documents
The applicant must provide the following documents as per the business entity type:
Individual Applicants: Aadhar Card (both sides), PAN Card.
Partnership Firm: Aadhar Card (both sides) and PAN Card of all partners, Partnership Deed.
Private Limited Company: Aadhar Card (both sides) and PAN Card of all directors, Articles of Association (AOA), Memorandum of Association (MOA), and Incorporation Certificate (INC).
Proof of Business Premises: Any one of the following must be submitted: Sale Deed (if owned), Rent Agreement (if rented), Electricity Bill or other utility bill.
Bank Proof: Cancelled Cheque or Bank statement.
Additional Documentation: Depending on the specific service (e.g., IEC, AD Code) and government requirements, additional documents may be requested.
Verification & Compliance: All documents must be clear, valid, and legible. Discrepancies may cause delays or rejection.

(n) Adherence to DGFT and Relevant Regulations
The applicant must comply with all guidelines, rules, and regulations prescribed by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and other relevant authorities (like customs, banks for AD Code) related to the specific service (e.g., IEC application). Non-compliance can lead to delays or rejection. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure documents and business activities align with requirements.
(k) OTP Requirement
One-Time Passwords (OTPs) may be necessary for government portal interactions. Clients must remain available and responsive for OTP requests to ensure timely processing.
(p) Authorization to File Application on Your Behalf
By availing our managed service, you confirm you have no objection to the assigned specialist filing the application on the relevant government portal (e.g., DGFT for IEC) on your behalf, under our coordination. You authorize us to collect necessary documents and information to facilitate this.
(q) Confirmation-Based Service Initiation & Refund Ineligibility
Upon payment, we send a confirmation email. Your reply confirming details (via email, WhatsApp, etc.) constitutes final consent to initiate the service. Once confirmation is received, the service is "commenced," we assign the expert, and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy (generally non-refundable post-confirmation except for specific conditions like service deficiency or major delay).
(r) Complaints Filed with Government Authorities and Bank
If a client raises a complaint against our business with any government department, bank, or consumer forum, we will respond directly to that authority with evidence. No direct refund shall be processed or considered until you formally confirm the complaint is closed or withdrawn.

Users are granted a limited right to access the service. We reserve the right to deny access for violations. The following activities are prohibited:
- Foul, hateful, or offensive language.
- Promoting illegal activities.

Charges & Fees
Payment on Our Website Includes: Our Service Fee (for managing the process and coordinating the expert) and the Expert's Fee.
Government Fees
Any applicable Government fees (e.g., ₹500 for a new Import Export Code) are separate and must be paid by the client if required by the government portal during the application process. These are strictly non-refundable once paid to the government.

All matters concerning refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Importexportindia.org expressly disclaims all warranties beyond managing the service process as described.
(a) Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranty that the service will meet all user requirements or be uninterrupted/error-free beyond our commitment to manage the process. No advice creates a warranty not stated herein.
(b) Limitation of Liability
Importexportindia.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service use, inability to use, or third-party (expert) actions beyond our coordination role. Our liability is limited to our service fee where applicable by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Importexportindia.org (incl. founders, officers, employees) harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense (incl. attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, provision of incorrect information, non-cooperation, or breach of this agreement.
Legal & Governance
Limitations on Use
Site content is for personal use only. No decompiling, reverse engineering, reselling, or creating derivative works. Unauthorized monitoring or copying is prohibited.
Confidentiality
We strive for confidentiality, but internet use carries risks. We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality against unauthorized third-party actions. Use caution with sensitive data.
Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising from this Agreement shall be settled by binding Arbitration under Indian law. Claims arbitrated individually. Courts of Chirawa, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
Ownership
All site materials are owned by Importexportindia.org or licensors. No license to intellectual property is granted. No copying or distribution without permission.
Entire Agreement
This agreement is the entire agreement. If unacceptable, do not use the site. We may revise terms anytime; continued use implies acceptance.
