We are committed to providing a high-quality managed service and ensuring transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds related to our service fees for Import/Export related tasks coordinated via Importexportindia.org. By using our services, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully alongside our Terms and Conditions.
1. General Conditions
Government Fees: Any fees paid directly to government authorities (e.g., the ₹500 fee for a new Import Export Code, if applicable) are strictly non-refundable once submitted.
Service Fees: This policy applies to the service fees charged by Importexportindia.org for managing the process and coordinating the assigned expert.
2. Service Commencement and Pre-Service Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends critically on whether the service has officially commenced:
(a) Confirmation Request: After payment, we send a confirmation email requesting verification of details and your consent to proceed.
(b) Service Commencement: The service is deemed "commenced" when you provide confirmation (via email, WhatsApp, etc.). Once confirmed, we (Importexportindia.org) begin assigning and managing the expert and initiating the work.
(c) Pre-Commencement Cancellation Window: You are eligible for a full refund of our service fees if requested within seven (7) days of payment AND before you confirm to proceed. If no confirmation or refund request is received within 7 days, the window closes.
3. Refund Eligibility After Service Commencement
After service commencement, refunds are considered only under these specific circumstances:
(a) Gross Deficiency in Service: If there's a clear, verifiable, significant deficiency in the service provided by the assigned specialist or in our management process (e.g., failure to file despite receiving all required items). Minor delays, style disagreements, or standard clerical errors are excluded.
(b) Failure to Initiate Service from Our End: If, after your confirmation, we fail to initiate the service (assign expert, start communication) within fifteen (15) days due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued under these circumstances post-commencement:
(a) Change of Mind / Inadvertent Purchase: No refunds if you change your mind or bought by mistake after confirming to proceed.
(b) Service Rendered / Work Completed: No refunds once work (drafts, submission, final code/license info) is completed and shared.
(c) Client-Side Delays / Non-Cooperation: No refunds for delays caused by your failure to provide documents, information, or OTPs promptly.
(d) Government / Third-Party Portal Issues: We are not responsible for delays/rejections due to government portal (e.g., DGFT) technical issues, downtime, or policy changes.
(e) Force Majeure: No liability for delays due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
5. Correction of Clerical Errors
Clerical errors by the assigned expert (e.g., spelling mistakes) will be corrected at no extra cost under our coordination. Such errors are not grounds for a refund.
6. Discretionary Partial Refund
In exceptional circumstances, Importexportindia.org may offer a partial refund (up to 20%) at its sole discretion as a goodwill gesture. This is not guaranteed.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within a minimum of fifteen (15) business days to the original payment method. You will be notified via email.
8. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please contact our accounts department with your payment details and a clear reason for the request.
